Attack Helicopter
Both Sides: At certain times, either side may have or be awarded an Attack Helicopter.
- An Attack Helicopter will be a player carrying a large pole with a colored tip - Red for Bad Guys, Blue for Marines. The stick will have one end painted and a white flag on the other end. When the helicopter is shot by an AA gunner or runs out of fuel, he flips the stick over to show the white flag end up.
- This helicopter Role Player is able to go anywhere on the field and use his weapon to kill anyone.
- He can carry a regular paintball gun, or a grenade launcher or an RPG, but not any combination of them. Only one.
- He is invulnerable to gunfire and points will be deducted from anyone shooting at the Attack Helicopter.
- If a Helicopter runs out of fuel, the pilot has the option to "die" and dead man walk out back to his commander and reinsert at an officail reinsertion point or... be rescued by his troops. Some missions may require a rescue and not give the pilot the option.
- If he is downed by lack of fuel, he cannot shoot anymore. He can evade capture, but he cannot shoot back. He cannot move the helicopter stick if he is evading capture.
- Enemy forces can capture the helicopter stick, but cannot use it and must return it to Game Command to get the points for it..
- RPGS and Grenade launchers DO NOT kill these helicopters.
Restrictions: Helicopters have 15 minutes of fuel and must launch from their Commander's location. After 15 minutes the Helicopter is downed and must return the stick to the Commander. The only players that can shoot down a Helicopter is an Anti Aircraft Gunner Role Player. He must get his card punched by a Ref.
